New from STARTECH:
Exclusive high-end refinement for the Tesla Model 3
The Tesla Model 3 is a global bestseller in the world of electric mobility. A growing part of the broad product range offered by STARTECH, a BRABUS Group company, is refining automobiles equipped with alternative powertrains. What would therefore have been more logical than investing the STARTECH expertise from more than 40 years of experience in automotive construction and tuning in a high-end refinement range for the American electric car?
STARTECH (Brabus-Allee, D-46240 Bottrop, phone + 49 / (0) 20 41 / 7744 555, fax + 49 / (0) 20 41 / 7744 544, Internet www.startech.de) now offers a broad range of refinement options for the Tesla Model 3.
The product range includes a sportingly styled STARTECH aerodynamic-enhancement kit, tailor-made 20-inch alloys with center-lock look, sport springs, and custom accessories for the interior.
Exclusive personalization in every detail comes courtesy of a STARTECH fine leather interior crafted from the finest leather and Alcantara in any desired color and upholstery layout design.
The globally acclaimed specialty of the STARTECH designer team is to give modern automotive design a sportier touch. This formula was successfully implemented in the Tesla Model 3 as well. Precise-fit aerodynamic-enhancement components were developed with the aid of state-of-the-art 3D scan and CAD technology. The parts are produced in OEM quality from polypropylene (PP) in an injection molding process. This achieves a perfect fit and optimal paintability.
The STARTECH front fascia gives the front end of the Tesla Model 3 a sporty facelift. The design is inspired by the front wings of modern Formula 1 racecars with regard to the shape of the integrated spoilers. The aerodynamic-enhancement component, which replaces the production bumper, bolts to the original mounting points and, of course, successfully passed the stringent EU pedestrian protection test.
Naturally, the STARTECH fascia also adopts all the sensors for semi-autonomous driving and park distance control. The sophisticated shape not only reduces front-axle lift at high speeds, but also further optimizes the aerodynamics of the four-door car.
The STARTECH rear fascia for the Tesla Model 3 is likewise designed to replace the production bumper. Its integrated diffuser gives the sedan full-blooded racing looks. In order to achieve an optimal aerodynamic balance, STARTECH developed a three-piece rear wing for the fastback, which not only spans above the hatch, but also continues on the left and right sidewalls.
From the side, the STARTECH attachments for the rocker panels and the STARTECH carbon-design covers for the door mirrors and the camera housings on the front fenders add further sporty touches.
By explicit customer request, STARTECH also offers a lasting form of “chrome delete” for further individualization. To this end, a special process was used to apply black coating to the window frames of the vehicle pictured here, while the chromed door handles were painted in vehicle color.
Another key factor in the exclusive looks of the refined electric car are the 20-inch STARTECH Monostar M wheels tailor-made for the Tesla Model 3. The five delicate pairs of spokes of the alloy wheels painted black have polished surfaces and are modeled on an open-sided triangle. The rear fenders offer enough space for wheels of size 10.5Jx20 with deep concave wheel centers on the inboard side. The hub cover with stylized center nut gives the wheels true racing credentials. It can be ordered with a black, silver, red or blue anodized finish.
Wheels of size 9Jx20 with 245/35 ZR 20 high-performance tires make full use of the available space in the front fender wells. Tires of size 285/30 ZR 20 try for maximum traction at the rear. STARTECH also offers complete winter wheels of the same size for the Tesla Model 3.
To give the car an even more exciting appearance and to optimize the driving dynamics further as the result of a lower center of gravity, STARTECH offers sport springs for all models of this series. They lower the ride height of the all-wheel-drive versions by about 30 millimeters and by about 40 millimeters on vehicles with rear-wheel drive.
The STARTECH individual range for the Tesla Model 3 naturally also includes exclusive options for the interior. The range starts with carbon-design bezels for the power window switches and steering wheel, which in future can be swapped for a STARTECH sport steering wheel.
More expansive customer requests can be fulfilled in the company upholstery shop, where true masters of their craft also create exclusive hand-made interior appointments for the Tesla Model 3. They transform especially soft, breathable and highly durable leather and Alcantara in any desired color into a STARTECH fine leather interior available in a wide range of different designs. The vehicle pictured here is fitted with an anthracite headliner made of the finest Alcantara.
