Okay, this is admittedly very silly on many levels. But here you go!
It started out as a Photoshop experiment to de-chrome the QX80, but then, it got really out of control. The roof chop is particularly delightful to these eyes, but not necessary for the below performance upgrades of a possible IPL or Eau Rouge edition.
Next thing I knew, I was adding Q50 Eau Rouge details left and right! Ahhh!
But one thing is certain: the 5.6-liter V8 in the QX80 could, in theory, make 700 horsepower with some of the GT-R’s turbo technology. Heck, with a K&N cone air filter and a cat-back exhaust, the QX80 could be pushing 480-horsepower overnight (an increase of 80 versus the stock 400 tally.)
While these might be very off-brand, perhaps, the Eau Rouge strategy is not a piecemeal one. If Infiniti is to challenge Audi, BMW and Mercedes up and down the range — they need this GL63 AMG-fighter urgently.
