2025 Ram 1500 REV Debuts Ahead Of Super Bowl, Will Be Brands First EV Pickup

It wasn’t too long ago that the Ram Revolution EV concept truck made its debut at the 2023 CES show in Las Vegas. We even had the chance to see it ourselves at the Chicago Auto show and we wondered how long it would before we saw the production version of the Revolution in a TikTok video we did. Thankfully, Ram execs were just as impatient as we were, and have released several photos of the 2025 Ram 1500 REV pickup ahead of its Super Bowl debut.   Ram REV Shortens Name, Goes In Conventional Direction The Ram Revolution concept …

Hummer Is Back And Greener Than Ever, Will Be Part Of GMC Lineup In 2022 [Video]

Following a recent report from the Wall Street Journal that suggested GM was bringing back the long dead Hummer name for new life as an EV offering, GM has officially confirmed that it is indeed a reality, and that the Hummer truck will be formally teased during the Super Bowl this weekend.   For those that are wondering, the Hummer nameplate is not returning as a standalone brand, which does shoot down sketchier accounts that suggested that would be the case. Instead, it appears that GM is positioning it as a sub-brand that would be housed within one of its …

If NFL Teams Were Cars…? MegaGraphic Nails All 32!

We love cars. We love football. So what better way to combine the two than to look at this new infographic from CJ Pony Parts that shows what would happen if you combined the two and gave every NFL team their own car or vehicle. Some are based on team performance, while others on team name or certain players. Some can be pretty painful if you’re a fan of the team (sorry Browns, Jaguars, and Jets fans!). Check it out and be sure to share!   If NFL Teams Were Cars..   Scott Huntington @SMHuntington

2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ 1/2 Ton 4WD Review

American brand icons do not come much more glorious than Chevy. In the automotive realm, Chevrolet has been a constant throughout the last 100 years. A powerhouse in the General Motors stable, Chevrolet has seen off dozens of business lines and market segments. Divested in favor of keeping Chevy healthy, GM left the heavy trucks business altogether and dropped half its brand portfolio in the last ten years. Thus, the recent history of the firm has been shaken up more this century than the ten preceding decades. But the results speak for themselves. Never in my lifetime has …

2015 Nissan GT-R LM Nismo LMP1 Racer Makes Public Debut in Chicago – 40 New Photos!

The hot and heavy three-way battle among Porsche, Audi and Toyota in the LeMans Prototype One race class just got a lot steamier. Nissan just pulled back the silk sheets on its contender to World Endurance Championship racing: the 2015 Nissan GT-R LM NISMO. And boy does it go its own way to achieving massive speed and impact, while sticking to the very expansive fuel usage rules of LeMans racing. The biggest shocker is not that it is a hybrid twin-turbo-charged V6 making 1250-horsepower. It shocks with where that engine sits, and where it delivers its power. The engine lives …

Update: Jaguar F-TYPE – British Villains – #GoodToBeBad Super Bowl Commercial – World Debut

I love this new #GoodToBeBad campaign. It allows Jag to vamp up its image in full 1080P glory, but closes with a relatively lighthearted ‘flip.’ The creative insight of trusty — slash —evil Englishmen is right on the mark. My only thought: beware of Vampire creativity along with the new dark-themed shots. The Super Bowl ad environment is *very* fast, so perhaps more car time? Who knows. Every creative shop is scrambling to debate re-edits. But Jaguar, if this “ISCI” code and traffic instructions are already sent — well done. [tv jargon=] Final well-wishes: This campaign seems right on the …
