2015 Ford Mustang GT – Custom Colorizer

Originally Published March 2014 Is the Mustang order book open already for first deliveries in late 2014!? That thought passed through my head while already elbow-deep in PhotoShop this morning. I usually only try to change the color of a car that is: — out of production (like the McLaren F1) — or not released in full detail yet (ie Lambo Huracan). These next Huracan ones are the official colors options versus my photochop above. Adding too many colors that are not factory options might make automakers care even less about our little website. Supercar Hall of Fame – 2011 Nissan GT-R in Super Silver Special Metallic

In terms of #ZeroCompetition – The GT-R’s performance really does stack up amazingly well versus almost any other hypercar. This is as true for the revised 2014 models as it is for any R35 generation GT-R – like the ~2011 model shown below. Super Silver Special Metallic might be a hard $3000 option to justify when ordering the GT-R, but the effect in real life is absolutely brilliant. Nothing short of a pure million-dollar concept has the same depth and reflectivity of this gorgeous color on the GT-R. Please enjoy these 60 all-new photos from Atlanta Motorsports Park.   2011 …

#ZeroCompetition True for 2014 Nissan GT-R: Bentley GT Too Big, Porsche 911 Turbo Too $$, But Lambo Huracan Gunning for R35

In terms of #ZeroCompetition – The GT-R’s performance really does stack up amazingly well versus almost any other hypercar. To have an Audi R8 that can really compete takes the V10 Plus S-tronic AWD – and a $180k price. Similar story with the Porsche 911 Turbo – which bases for around $150,000, but is easy to spec up to $180k once all is said and done. The only surprise listing? The Jaguar F-Type V8 S – which is quoted by ChromeData as delivering a cool 495-horsepower in U.S. spec. This bodes well for a 600HP R-S eventually from Jag! Amazing. …

Update1 – LAMBO Rides Eye of the Storm: All-New HURACAN in 144 Photos, Specs, Colors

It is official!  The Lamborghini Gallardo’s replacement debuted this morning with an all-new V10 engine, a 3.2-second sprint to 60 mph, and styling that closely replicates the Aventador.   Scissor doors are about the only missing element versus the V12-powered older brother of the Lamborghini range. The Huracan brings huge intake ductwork all over the body sides, promising aero excellence without the use of a large spoiler or other gimmicks. The Huracan’s styling outside is extremely clean and aerodynamically streamlined. In fact, this nose looks so low — it might be able to ace Sweden’s Elk test… by sliding under …
