With 190 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and a long list of features, this BMW 320d xDrive Touring has serious appeal. Especially since a relatively recent example has just appeared in Germany at a particularly attractive price. But is it really a good deal?
A BMW 320d xDrive Touring for under €30,000
A diesel-powered BMW 3 Series Touring, all-wheel drive, and a generous equipment level for less than €30,000: on paper, the equation looks compelling. Auto Bild spotted at Böhmobile, a dealer in Steinheim near Stuttgart, a black 320d xDrive Touring listed at €29,980. Registered in February 2025, it has 48,800 km. So this is a relatively new example, but it has already logged a lot of miles for its age.
Under the hood, the 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel develops 190 hp. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and the xDrive all-wheel-drive system. That configuration makes sense for those who regularly drive long distances and want a versatile wagon.
The seller cites a new price of €67,000 for this example. The gap thus amounts to €37,020, about 55% less than the original figure. Note, however: this calculation concerns precisely the car on display and does not imply that all BMW 320d Touring used examples will see a similar depreciation.
A particularly generous equipment for this BMW 3 Series
The price isn’t the only selling point for this BMW 320d xDrive Touring. The unit spotted in Germany includes Driving Assistant Professional, with adaptive cruise control and steering assist. A heads-up display and adaptive LED headlights round out this kit, which is welcome for a car built to rack up the miles.
Comfort features aren’t forgotten either. You’ll find a 360-degree camera, keyless entry, a power liftgate, heated seats, and tri-zone automatic climate control. The navigation system is also part of the listed equipment.
All of this adds to the appeal of the deal, especially if you’re after a well-equipped family wagon without necessarily chasing the most powerful engines in the lineup. One essential caveat remains. This is an individual listing, and the equipment and price shouldn’t be taken as representative of all used BMW 320d offerings.
An interesting used BMW 320d, but a few checks are in order
On the history, the listing offers several reassuring details, at least on paper. According to the seller, this BMW has a single owner, has never been in an accident, and has a service history with the brand’s network. The latest service would be April 2026, at 40,800 km (about 25,400 miles). A factory warranty through February 2028 is also listed. All of this should be verified with the relevant documents before making any decision.
The deal should also be viewed in context. Auto Bild notes that another new 320d xDrive Touring is available in BMW Stuttgart’s catalog for €40,041, including delivery charges, versus €60,100 in the new-car price list. The equipment differs, but the real gap between this discounted new model and the listed used car comes to about €10,000.
Finally, €29,980 is a fixed price posted by a German seller. This wagon ticks many boxes, but its mileage, its history and the terms of purchase remain decisive.
