Bugatti has spent a century building cars priced well beyond most homes. The French hypercar maker now enters a new arena, signing off on a 60-story residential tower along the Miami River in Brickell.
Dubbed Bugatti Residences Miami, this skyscraper will house 183 residences, including four signature penthouses, on one of the last parcels with a direct view of Biscayne Bay. It marks the first Bugatti-branded residential project in the United States and the second worldwide after Dubai. Sales are set to begin in the first half of 2027, with a simple question behind the rollout: what does a Bugatti apartment look like when you’re drawing from the W16 world and the Bolide on the track?
Bugatti Residences Miami: The United States’ First Luxury Bugatti Tower
Located at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, the tower will rise about 60 floors and encompass 183 residences, including four penthouses placed at the pinnacle of the offering. The project is developed by Prosper Group, based in Miami, in collaboration with Versluys Group of Belgium. The roughly one-acre site, which offers more than 300 feet of frontage along the Miami River, is said to have been acquired for nearly $50 million before construction begins. The overall value of the development is estimated at around $650 million, or roughly €598 million, translating to an average ballpark of about $3.6 million per unit, or around €3.3 million, though Bugatti has not released a formal price list at this stage.
The exterior architecture is entrusted to Brandon Haw Architecture, which segments the mass into four distinct volumes separated by double-height axis lines. The interiors are by Yabu Pushelberg, a benchmark name in ultra-high-end design. Bugatti describes its design language as the trio of “Art, Form, Technique,” and now applies that philosophy to lobbies and corridors rather than to carbon-fiber shells. The building rises in Brickell, already a hub for automobile-branded residences, with nearby towers from Pagani and Aston Martin, placing this Bugatti project in a notably exclusive orbit.
Bugatti Luxury Apartments: Services, Operator, and the Miami Automotive-Tower Battle
In daily life, these Bugatti luxury apartments will be managed by Rhodium, named the residential operator. The project promises a high-end butler service, a broad riverfront pool deck, spa and wellness spaces, a fitness center, and private dining experiences with a chef, all integrated into a comprehensive hospitality offering. Some details remain under wraps ahead of the 2027 sales launch: no unit-by-unit square footage has been disclosed, and no firm construction timetable has been released yet.
For Bugatti, a brand built on machines like the Bolide and hypercars powered by the W16, this residential project marks a genuine shift of the badge—from the road to the Miami skyline. Brickell has already become a proving ground for automakers pursuing growth in real estate, and this tower adds to a lineage of car-brand towers. Brands like Pagani and Aston Martin have already staked their claims nearby. The question now is whether a Bugatti badge alone will sustain condo prices in the tens of millions, a determination that buyers will make when the project finally hits the market in 2027.
