2023 Ram 1500 Built To Serve EMS Edition Pays Homage To First Responders

Ram’s popular Built To Serve lineup of special edition 1500 models have done a good job honoring various branches of the armed service as well as other organizations. However, it’s now time for first responders to get their time in the spotlight and Ram has done just that with the newest member of the family, the EMS Edition.

EMS Edition Follows Same Script As The Others

The entire Built To Serve family of models was built from the beginning to be a pure appearance package, and like before, the EMS Edition follows the same tire tracks, with this model also being only available in two colors. This time though, the only two colors available are Hydro Blue and Bright White with either color being adorned with the United States Flag and Built To Serve stickers.

A blackout package is also part of the deal and the sleek 20-inch wheels enhance this motif further and they look pretty stylish too. The interior is all black too and the front seats themselves are designed to hold velcro patches that allows owners to not only show where they are in the profession, but to also customize it too. Blue contrast stitching helps add some depth, and a model exclusive plaque is mounted on the dashboard.

The EMS Edition is also the second non military model in this batch of Built To Serve models and follows on the heels of a separate Firefighter Edition that was released earlier this year. Performance for the EMS Edition carries over from past efforts with this model being powered by either a 3.6 liter V6 or the 5.7 liter Hemi V8 in standard and eTorque variants.

When Can I Buy One?

Ram revealed that the 2023 Ram 1500 EMS Edition is now currently available to purchase at your local Ram dealer with the model starting at $56,810 which factors in the separate $1,895 destination charge.
