The new Blazer is easily the best-looking SUV to be launched in recent years. Just because we are not on the charmed list for the US media launch does not mean we can’t celebrate a sexy design with a full photo gallery!
And like most GM cars and crossovers in the last year — that all drive with exactly the same level of non-feel and non-fun — the Blazer is likely to be a deep snooze behind the wheel. Until you get to the top motor, which also skyrockets the price into the $40s. Tough call.
The LT and Premier trims have a lot more of the forgettable Malibu blah’s to their design, so the RS is surely the one to go for if you want a Camaro SUV.
Those looks though!

First Drive – 2019 Polaris Slingshot SLR – By Carl Malek February 20, 2019, 1 pm When it comes to 3-wheel cycle cars (aka "autocycles,") these special vehicles strike a welcome and particular chord in the heart of this author. For those that aren't familiar with this type of vehicle, it is essentially the best of both worlds between a motorcycle and a car, with each one trying to do something different depending on how much car or motorcycle DNA is in it. Autocycles were invented before traditional four wheeled cars, and for a time were a sales phenomenon, especially in Europe. The Morgan 3-Wheeler is arguably the most iconic and historic of these particular… 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec – First Drive Review – By Josh Seaman June 1, 2018, 7 am When I found out that Acura was going to release an all new RDX, redesigned from the ground up, powered by a new 2.0L turbo powerplant, I was cautiously optimistic. You see, I remember Acura’s glory days. I remember the Legend and Integra and Honda’s feverish devotion to prove that they could swing with the big boys. Even today, many of their vehicles from this era remain sought after by enthusiasts and commuters alike. [Ed's note: Josh drove an early-1990s Legend in his youth! The one with the shouty V6 howl!] But somewhere between then and now they seemed… 2019 Infiniti QX Inspiration Concept – EV SUV Debut Gallery January 14, 2019, 2 pm This new QX Inspiration from Infiniti takes a few minutes to really sink in. At first glance the design is just impossibly puffy and rounded. Marshmallows come to mind. But spend a few more taps in the slideshow. You discover really cool proportions, surface detailing and LED executions. And this is all just the outside! THe cabin is perhaps more special. Very sumptuous and inviting even in photos. This is a luxury car cabin that beckons -- and that is not always the case with Infiniti's sterile German rivals. 2019 Infiniti QX Inspiration Concept - EV SUV Debut Gallery 215MPH, 2.2s 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Steals LA Auto Show November 29, 2017, 10 am Performance on the ZR1 is so insane that not even Chevy knows how fast it is yet. 210MPH+ is all they will say on record. 755HP makes this ZR1 earn its racing spats, sills and wings. Is it angel or demon in the US car business these days!? Check out the latest photos of the Convertible, which will carry a $124k sticker that's about five grand more than the hardtop. Both have the giant wing and Sebring Orange designer package available! More details to follow. Gallery and official tech specs below. 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 GM-EST. FUEL ECONOMY City… 2019 Unimog U128 – Extreme Terrain Driving Experience Gallery March 2, 2019, 1 pm The annual press conference for Daimler Trucks occurred recently and they let the execs and shareholders loose to test the impossibly cool 2019 Unimog. In a wild simulation of the roughest terrain it might find it is wild life. This off-road course is no joke, with wild inclinations and turf rougher than double-black-diamond ski moguls! The Zetros is thumping through all the obstacles too - but looks slightly more like a locomotive that's jumped its tracks. The Unimog in this crew-cab pickup trim is best able to use its inherent suspension skills and power -- without the weight of… 2018 Morgan 3.7 Roadster – Gallery at Amelia Island Concours 2019 March 15, 2019, 3 pm Who knew that gloss black would look as good on some old-school wire wheels as it does on modern five-spoke alloys! This Morgan Roadster at Amelia Concours was a sight to behold - even sitting among its more powerful or more three-wheeled siblings in the Morgan range. Calling this the Morgan Roadster might seem slightly silly: aren't they all roadsters, you might ask? That is besides the point. This is the V6 Roadster whose 5-second sprint to 60-mph and 140-mph top speed are perhaps the ideal performance levels for most shoppers. Fast and fun with a 3.7-liter motor making… All Hail The King!!! Chevrolet Revives Corvette ZR1 For 2019 Model Year – By Carl Malek November 12, 2017, 2 pm After numerous spy shots, months of rampant speculation, as well as a poorly timed leak, Chevrolet has officially unveiled the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 choosing to formally unveil the car at the Dubai Motor Show versus the highly anticipated NAIAS unveiling that was rumored for so long. Looking beyond the unusual location for its debut (Chevrolet said it was a nod to the growing Middle East market, the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 brings newfound muscle, technology, and refinement to the supercar segment. While this iteration of the ZR1 does share alot of its underlying construction with the Z06, Chevrolet… 2019 Chevrolet Camaro Brings New Vigor To Muscle Car Wars, 1LE Four Cylinder Package Debuts April 9, 2018, 10 pm The current generation Chevrolet Camaro is certainly a distinctive sight out on the open road, and naturally, we here at Car-Revs-Daily worship the ground the ZL1 version treads across. But it was no secret that a refresh was indeed due for this venerable muscle car. Thankfully, Chevrolet has answered the call with the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro which aims to bring some new thrills, and welcome updates to muscle car buyers. The biggest change here will also undoubtedly be the most controversial one of all, the Camaro's new front fascia. Chevrolet claims that the nose is part of the "performance driven… First Drive Gallery – 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS April 20, 2016, 9 am We mis-spoke when saying on GS-F videos last week that the Lexus was the only naturally-aspirated, rear-drive super-sedan on the market! There is one big daddy to contend with: the Panamera GTS. This hardcore sports model is the most stylish, most playful and best-sounding Panamera of all time. It is impossible to do the car justice from a fairly brief test drive, but the photos speak very clearly for themselves! Just like the 4.8-liter, 440HP V8, in fact! Pricing for the GTS as shown here rings in at $129k. Worth it? Oh yes. The base of $113k climbs rapidly,… 2019 McLaren SENNA – Design Walkaround Gallery & Video – Amelia Concours Highlight March 10, 2019, 6 pm There are so many wild design elements in the McLaren Senna that we discovered four or five never-before-seen details hidden in this track-attack aero design. The most notable design theme and element is the flow-through of air. The fenders front and rear feature massive venturi tunnels and air channels aimed at maximizing grip through downforce. Everywhere you look you find more slices in the design aimed at pulling or pushing air and heat away from the heart of the beast. This livery of owner Paul Orwicz pays homage to Ayrton Senna's Brazilian heritage with yellow and green details over… 2019 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera – Startup Video & Gallery – Amelia… March 11, 2019, 12 pm The DBS Superleggera is hard to preview in photos. We were blase about the machine overall and leaning toward thumbs-down on the design --- before seeing one in the flesh at Amelia Concours. Witnessing this machine is enough to bring butterflies -- even when parked next to a Countach and new Vantage. Nearby to McLarens galore and even the SCG-003C hypercar. DBS simply has stage presence and curb appeal that is impossible to quantify. Impossibly cooler than its lightweight clamshell bonnet or wider tracks could imply on paper versus DB11. Of course, the fact that this vehicle has all… Chevrolet Tames The Trail With All New 2019 Silverado TrailBoss, Model To Highlight Eight… December 16, 2017, 9 pm Chevrolet is celebrating the 100th birthday of its pickup truck division, and the storied brand chose to showcase whats in store for the next 100 years with the unveiling of the trail ready 2019 Silverado Trailboss The exterior styling is admitably a love it or hate it affair, with Chevrolet claiming that its new rig embodies "strong modern styling." This new motif is most noticable in the front fascia which features an intergrated front grille and all new LED headlights. The Trailboss trim (shown here in LT guise) does away with much of the chrome trim, and replaces it…
