America’s Goodwood, aka Pebble Beach, has gone from a concours to an all-out supercar auto show extravaganza. What we learned on a trip to the event in 2014 is that Monterey Car Week is actually a full week of performance joy! The classics and icons are peppered throughout the experience, of course, but mainly take center stage on the oceanfront fairway only on Concours Sunday.
Until then, there are ride/drive events, VIP receptions, press events and media previews galore at the Quail, Concorso Italiano, RM Sotheby’s in downtown Monterey.. and more.
