We were not alone in speculating about a future Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. The one hint from the CTS-V release a few days ago is that the photos were all labelled “Sedan.” This is usually a dead giveaway that a coupe or cabrio version of a car is coming.

MonaroSS from GM Inside News is well-known for his Elmiraj-based sedan renderings from last Fall. We’re happy to see his latest renders on this superlux Cadillac theme.

His idea for a CTS-RS is easily the most enticing… but the cabriolets and coupes are interesting to see as well. Reactions seem positive over on the forums — especially with Elizabeth Banks at the wheel of the droptop….

In terms of production feasibility and what might be coming eventually? We would vote on the upgraded CTS-V sedan as more likely than a coupe or cabriolet version — but all seem to be on the table with Cadillac’s new product plans still up in the air.
