Rolls Royce Teases Dawn Silver Bullet Collection Model, First Collection Car Model Of New Decade

When Rolls Royce was preparing to enter the new decade, the bespoke British luxury car maker revealed that it would be offering a new series of “Collection Cars” at various points through out the decade to help celebrate key moments in the company’s iconic history, while also giving eager buyers the chance to add something unique to their diverse vehicle collections. Rolls Royce has formally teased the first of these models, with the firm confirming that the Dawn will be the canvas for its all new Silver Bullet model. First Drive Review – 2019 Rolls Royce Cullinan – By Carl Malek

It’s hard to ignore the resurgence of SUVS both in sales, as well as in  overall relevance in the minds of a new generation of buyers. Once considered a crippled segment following the Great Recession, SUV growth and demand has rapidly surged ahead in recent years. This has resulted in a ripple effect that has caused many automakers to rapidly revamp, and in some cases, rethink their long term sales strategies. These include high end marques once known for car focused lineups, with Bentley, Maserati, and Lamborghini all joining the fray. But at last, this ripple effect has reached arguably …

Industry Insider: Your Guide to Long-Term Car Storage

As you get ready to head out for a trip and place your car in storage, you need to know that you cannot just set it and forget it. In fact, there are multiple steps you need to take to ensure your car runs properly when you return. While it is possible to allow your vehicle to sit for several weeks without any damage to it, it is not often advised, especially if you are not certain you will be back within a certain time frame. The longer you allow the car to sit, the more likely the fuel will …

Rolls Royce Teases “Viewing Suite” Ahead of Cullinan Unveiling

As Rolls Royce beings the final preparations for the unveiling of the brand’s first ever SUV, the British luxury maker has turned up the wick on teasers for the upcoming Cullinan. The most recent teaser touts “the best seat in the house” and it shows off some of the features that we can expect to see from the Cullinan when it eventually makes its world debut. Before we begin, don’t call it an SUV in front of Rolls Royce representatives, who prefer you dub it “a slab sided high riding motor car.” While we ponder the logic behind this reasoning, …

2018 Rolls-Royce PHANTOM 8 Revealed – Video and 30-Photo Debut

Feast your eyes on the all-new Rolls-Royce flagship!  The new Phantom joins a royal lineage eight generations long.  This latest update might be the most radical remake since the gen-7. An all-new alloy chassis, all-new 563HP, 6.75-litre V12TT and fresh comfort goodies throughout. Here is a five-minute video flyaround of the all-new exterior details, along with the launch photoset. Stunning new modernity for the Phantom’s design softens many of the detail elements and lines.  Yet pairs this softer, more-streamlined look with a chiseled face and even-wilder proportions.  Sharp corner edges contrast nicely up front with a raised central hood that …

2017 Rolls-Royce DAWN – First Drive Review + Video

Imagine being tossed the keys to this beauty! All 400 grand cruises like a parade float for the first block.  Impossibly smooth.  Riding high off the ground somehow, but with a low cowl and incredible visibility to the front and sides.  With the top down, the horizons really open an endless sky above. Something strange happens driving a convertible so large and so plush.  You’re almost swept away with emotion as you greet walkers on the road.  They will stop, turn, stare and wave almost involuntarily.  Not sure who they are expecting — but surely a big somebody.  This car is …

2017 Rolls-Royce Black Badge GHOST II – 22 Photos Inside and Out

As great as the Black Badge is for the exterior of the Rolls Ghost, it is extra special on the inside.  The dark, moody glamour extends throughout the cabin.  Black leather contrasts with a medium cobalt seating and dash.  Most of the brightwork inside becomes a smokey brushed alloy for the coolest Roller cabin in ages. The new wheels outside meet a black chrome grille – and spirit of ecstasy inside!  We believe she is still the nickel-bright standard RR finish.  Dark exhaust rectangles out back and a dark license-plate frame are the most notable Black Badge tweaks around …

This Inspired By Fashion creation is from the RR Bespoke team.  Andalusian white paintwork is a shimmery spectacle in bright sunlight.  THe cabin wears blue silk detailing featuring a profile headshot of the Spirt of Ecstacy.  So, looking at her from the side, that is. After griping about Rolls-Royce descending into Miata and Aston special-edition hell a few months ago, we’re thrilled to report the latest exclusives from Rolls are — in fact — cool as fahk. The Black Badge launch appeals to modern trendsetters in a way that no recent Roller has. How? RM Arizona 2016 – 1930 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Torpedo Sports by Barker

What a lovely theme running through the auction list of RM Sotheby’s Arizona sale — happening today the 29th of January. Boat-tail roadsters from the 1930s are certainly a niche genre — but one that has significant value. Their rarity and beauty and hand-made nature makes these shapes all the more special. The shrouded rear fenders of this Phantom Torpedo are definitely something to write home about. The ultra-tall tires make the design flourish extra complex — but lead to a gorgeous trunkline design as a result.  A tall teardrop element forms the upper edge of the Torpedo’s tail — …

This showcase for the firm’s exterior upgrades is as stunning as ever: the gold 22-inch wheels, body kit, lowering suspension and ECU modules complete a major wishlist for anyone wanting a super cool Roller.
