2024 Bentley Continental GT and Flying Spur Enter The Summer With Minor Updates

Bentley is preparing updates for all of its model lineup with the company confirming that it will be rolling out these changes gradually. The bulk of them though will be focused on the company’s long-running Continental GT as well as the four-door Flying Spur with both models getting some attention for the new model year.

Continental and Flying Spur Get New Depth For Azure Trim

The Azure trim was meant to be an offering that promoted well-being behind the wheel with an interior that was designed to deliver a “stress free” experience. The exterior of the GT and GTC gets a new grille design that features vertical slates with the look borrowing heavily from the grille work on the Bentayga Azure. The Flying Spur lends its 22-inch ten-spoke to the duo and Bentley claims that these minor changes help promote” further harmony” with the rest of the lineup.

While we’re still chewing on that particular metaphor, the Flying Spur wanted to make sure that it wasn’t left out of the action either and arrives with a Matrix style front grille for S and Speed models with the Speed also offering an optional gray finish for the exterior trim which the company claims adds more contrast and sportiness to the Blackline package.

Meanwhile, the interior of the Azure models get floor mats that are now made out of 100 percent wool and the company claims that the carpeting in all of its models is now made out of recycled materials with the recycled nylon replacing the virgin nylon that the company used prior. Bentley claims that the new material is just as comfortable and that the company even went through considerable effort to make sure that the carpet retained the feel that Bentley buyers expect.

Look for the updated 2024 Bentley Azure lineup to make its way to dealerships later this year with Bentley also continuing to focus on preparing to make its push into the electric vehicle segment which will be preceded by future updates for the rest of its ICE lineup.
