MANSORY Huracan Now Available in Brutal 838HP Turbo + Extreme 1250HP Twin-Turbo Varieties!

As one-off customs chosen by someone else, naturally most of Mansory’s fully customized machines are shocking to the eye at first. The colors, the insane carbon-fiber, the cabins — all truly insane at times.

But what about the POWERRRR!

Taking the performance of an all-new supercar like the Lamborghini Huracan to the same level on a track as Mansory does aesthetically!?

What will the results be?

The firm’s latest duo is a pair of upgraded Huracan with all the usual flash all around, but real bang under the carbon-louvred engine covers.

A single turbo for the 5.2-liter V10 now screams out 838-horsepower, while the pure horror show is the self-named Torofeo — a V10TT making 1250 horsepower and topping out around 215-mph.

Torofeo might mean ugly bull in Spanish, but Mansory likes to think of it as an amalgam of Toro + Trofeo.

Either way, you will not want to get on its bad side in the ring!

The Finest Tuning by the specialists –

MANSORY refines the Lamborghini Huracán to the highest level

Deeply rooted in the MANSORY philosophy is the motto to continually provide automotive masterpieces. Shortly before the Geneva Motor Show 2015, MANSORY, specialists for the refining and customisation of exclusive sports cars, granted a first glimpse of the refining program for the Lamborghini Huracán. A wide bodied development model is planned as a world premier at the Geneva Motor Show.

The soon to be presented bodywork program makes it clear that MANSORY differs significantly from the standard series vehicle. In addition to design elements such as the specially designed daytime driving lights and the new carbon wing mirrors, targeted design interventions provide for an increase in aerodynamics.

Whether front, rear bumper or side skirts – all body components are exclusively shaped and cured under high pressure and high temperatures in an autoclave using high-tech carbon materials. The advantages of this method are proven: Acceleration, stopping distances and fuel consumption are all improved due to the weight reduction of the car. In combination with the diffuser, the wing profile in the Aventador design provides more downforce on the rear axle.

The thus gained agility and handling characteristics create room for more power. It is here that MANSORY brings its expertise and Know-How into play. With the powerful increase in performance MH1, MANSORY offers the first stage of its engine power program. The extent of the upgrades include a high-performance exhaust manifold and muffler, a single Turbo, a new fuel pressure control, new intake manifold fuel injectors and optimised electronic engine and transmission management. The interplay of these components results in an output of about 838 hp / 625 kW at 8,200 rpm (Series: 602 hp / 449 kW at 8,250 rpm). At the same time grows an imposing 780 Nm of maximum torque, which is available at 5,300 rpm (Series: 560 Nm at 6,500). After the modification, the maximum speed is 330 km/h. The modified Huracán accelerates from zero to 100 in just 2.9 seconds.

Matching for the new dynamic presence of the Lamborghini, MANSORY equips the two-seater with distinctive alloy wheels. Through the application of the latest forging technology in manufacturing, these wheels are lightweight and robust. The front wheel-tire size combination used is 9,0Jx20 inches with the tires measuring 245/30ZR20. At the back, large 12,5Jx21 inch wheels with a tyre size of 325/25ZR21 are used.

Only the finest materials find their way into the car’s interior, ensuring the greatest sense of comfort. The leather used for seats and dashboard in the MANSORY interior is extremely resilient, but still tremendously soft. Only natural flawless leather skins are integrated into the interior and finished with contrasting stitching by the in-house saddlery. The newly designed airbag sports steering wheel, the pedals made of aluminium and the 100% carbon applications complete the exquisite overall impression in the Huracán. MANSORY achieves the perfect symbiosis between dynamic sports functionality and luxurious ambience.

Lamborghini Huracán in an exclusive MANSORY-carbon fibre suit.

A radical, new interpretation of the Lamborghini Huracán is the latest development from the premium manufacturer MANSORY. Referring back to the Spanish “Toro” meaning bull and the Super Trofeo Motorsports Range, MANSORY have christened the sports car TOROFEO. Radical changes have been made to the body, engine and interior, making the “little” Lambo a real MANSORY car.

And as you would expect from MANSORY, they didn’t hold back in their use of carbon fibre. Where Lamborghini thought they had maximised the use of carbon fibre, MANSORY have added an extra touch based on their core competency. No other company in the market is as closely linked to the use of carbon fibre as MANSORY. These specialists manufacture and process this ultra-light, extremely strong material taken from the world of motorsport in their own in-house autoclaves, which means they don’t have to rely on suppliers. This gives them complete freedom in the scope, fit and design of components.

The best proof of this can be seen in the completely newly designed carbon fibre body. There are new highlights both in terms of appearance and engineering. For example, the striking air intakes in the new front apron optimise the flow of fresh air to the cooler. Alongside the specially developed front lip, this leads to enhanced downforce for better road holding at the limits of performance. New, particularly the bright daytime running lights in a crystal design, which also deliver something extra in terms of passive safety.

From the side, the striking side skirts, the newly designed mirror housings and the enhanced wheel arches bear the unmistakable MANSORY hallmark. At the front, the body is 30 millimetres wider, and a proud 40 millimetres at the back. Function and appearance go hand in hand here too. Not only are the new carbon fibre components lighter than their standard equivalentsDazu erhält der TOROFEODO APERTOSerienSicherheit.erblickin Carbon getaucht., they also channel fresh air to both the engine under the new finned safety glass bonnet and the rear braking system. The vigorous rear spoiler and the diffuser built into the new rear apron are responsible for the perfect channelling of the flow of air under the car.

All of these technical enhancements were needed, as the TOROFEO significantly surpasses the performance results of the standard Huracán. In fact, MANSORY have rebuilt the 5.2 litre capacity V10 engine. Kourosh Mansory’s team have installed pistons, connecting rods, bearings, camshafts, a water-cooled intercooler and an entire fuel system, and they have also built-in two bearing-mounted MANSORY turbochargers. This means the TOROFEO has a completely newly aligned exhaust system from the engine to the stainless steel tailpipes in the rear apron. The result of this extensive conversion process is an increase in performance which even demanding connoisseurs would not have expected: MANSORY have driven peak power up to an incredible 1.250 hp (919 kW) at 8.250 rpm (Series: 610 hp at 8.250 rpm). The engineering division have to limit maximum torque electronically at 1.000 Newton metres. The four wheel drive sports car takes a mere 2,7 seconds to race from 0 to 100 km/h and only stops accelerating beyond 340 km/h.

To transmit the power generated by the completely re-worked V10 cylinder to the road, MANSORY have placed their faith in forged alloy wheels size 9×20 and12.5×21 inch with tyres 245/30ZR20 at the front and 325/25ZR21 at the back.

It goes without saying that MANSORY have carried out the interior work in their own in-house saddlery. As with the aerodynamics components, the enhancements to performance and the wheels, MANSORY only thinks in superlatives when it comes to the interior refinements. The leather alone combines properties which normally demand compromise, as it is extremely durable, yet as supple as a leather glove, The leather and Alcantara covered seats and the dashboard harmonise wonderfully with the new sports airbag steering wheel, the aluminium foot pedals and the countless carbon fibre applications.

The newly positioned starter button presents one of the technical highlights of the interior. In the style of an aircraft cockpit switch MANSORY has relocated this red switch from the centre console to the roof lining.
