This exciting new automotive upgrade house in California brings all the bad-ass appeal of a Brabus Mercedes-Benz or KAHN Range Rover — but with its own unique design aesthetic and a fleet of upgrades for the often-overlooked INFINITI SUV range.

The designs of the Infiniti QX80 and its siblings are clearly high-quality and highly sophisticated in their appeal and aesthetics – right from the factory.

But what they might lack is a big hit of testosterone. A cure for which we rendered the QX80 Eau Rouge a few months ago…

LARTE Design handles the QX80’s “Low T” situation with three levels of customization packs. These fit the current QX80 as well as the previous QX56 nameplate of the same car.

A serious lighting, aero kit, bumper, wheel and exhaust upfit takes the QX80-LR3 package to a seriously terrifying level of coolnes outside. Inside, wraps in suede take the glamour level up signifitcantly, while the teak floor-boards of the cabin are a lovely treat. Brabus typically only uses teak in the trunk area.

But hey: hardwood luxury floors deserve a place in the front seats of the QX80 too!

The LARTE Design QX80-LR1 and QX80-LR2 packages are slightly less macho — but will still park with pride among the hottest Bentleys, Benzes and Rollers in the NBA players’ parking lot.

So, is it really pronounced LARTE like Bart in home European markets? Or pronounced like Sartre…? Either way – its macho crest badge is a new contender for Infiniti trucks butch street cred.

Larte Design produces and installs kits for several Infiniti models, the Mercedes-Benz GL, the Range Rover Evoque and Lexus LX 570. These kits set drivers apart from others on the road, with not only aggressive styling, but an individualized look that makes any SUV Larte customizes very cool. These aren’t just a snap on job; each kit is installed by professionals to ensure the utmost perfection in the final result.

The QX80 is transformed on the exterior with an aggressive body kit, alloy wheels and has moved away from traditional round shapes, incorporating sharp edges. The kit also comes with a four pipe stainless-steel exhaust system finished in black chrome, while the interior is treated to a generous helping of teak wood throughout.

The Lexus, Mercedes-Benz GL and Range Rover Evoque receive similar upgrades to the exterior, taking the stock car and making the Larte Design car more aggressive and individualistic. Most models see an exhaust upgrade, which depending on the model are either for improved appearance, sound or performance. For example, the Mercedes-Benz GL “Black Crystal receives improved performance while the Infiniti QX80’s exhaust improves appearance.

Sharpening the personality of the car, the designers of our studio returned again and again to the details, looked for new expressive lines and features. The result of their pursuit is our new kit for QX (QX80). The major improvements include the front and rear bumpers, and the most striking element is of course the radiator grille. The kit also includes tailpipes, LED daylight running lights, fog-lights and reflectors which bind all the design elements into a comprehensive bold image. The front bumper optimally distributes the air flow, improving ventilation of the engine compartment and stability of

the vehicle at high speeds. The diffuser in the rear bumper serves the same purpose: it creates an area of low pressure and increases downforce. All original parts, designed to improve safety – headlight washer system, parking sensors – remained on the places specified by the manufacturer. The second tuning kit for QX80 (QX80-LR2) includes front and rear bumpers, side skirts, tailpipes, radiator grill, an additional set of daytime running lights and fog-lights all of which gives the car a more bold, light and elegant look. The front bumper distributes the air flow optimally and improves the ventilation of engine compartment and stability at high speeds. The diffusor in the rear bumper serves the same purpose: it creates an area of low pressure

and increases downforce. All the standard safety elements, such as xenon headlight washer system and parking sensors, remained on their initial positions provided by the manufacturer. There is nothing excessive in the design of our QX80, only the very necessary tuning parts to highlight its premium character and make it look unique. We changed the front and rear bumpers and installed additional LEDs. The new look is more distinct but not overloaded and has functional advantages: large air intakes in
